The Origin
I woke up tired, went to bed tired, felt hungry all the time, and no matter how hard I “tried,” my body and mind felt out of sync. Like many of us, I blamed myself - my discipline, my routine, my willpower. That quiet guilt sat with me every single day.
I had spent years in cycles of dieting, trying to lose weight, gaining it back, pushing harder, starting over. Sometimes I felt strong and in control. Sometimes, life took over, and everything slipped away again. But deep down, I always wondered why health felt like such a battle.
After a serious fall that left me bedridden for months, fatigue, mood swings, cravings, and low energy hit me hard. Something deeper was missing.
I entered research mode, reading everything i could find on health, metabolism, hormones, satiety, ageing, and strength building. I listened to doctors, scientists, nutritionists, and real women with real struggles. And one truth stood out more clearly than anything else:
We are not broken. We are just under-fueled.
